We do not accept AMEX.

If you are not sure of the size you require, please make sure you leave the labels on the items and the packaging intact as much as possible in case you need to exchange.

Exchanges/Returns Policy: 6 months from original purchase as long as labels are still on the item. Please return in packaging. Seasonal Items (swimmers/puffers/long pants/long sleeved polos/team sports items) need to be returned within 1 month of purchase..

SCHOOL TERM OPENING TIMES:

Online pre-paid orders you will receive an email to say your order is to collected with opening times.

Please bring a carry bag if needed, as orders are packed in existing plastic wrapping.

Account & Delivery Information

When creating an account, put your home address in the billing address section otherwise shipping will be charged. If you wish to pay for a courier for your order to be sent to your home address, then put your address in the shipping section.

ELS St Leonards and Lindfield - when placing an order please put your child's name and campus in student's name section.

Please check the sizing chart of items before ordering as each item has different sizing.

Lindfield and St Leonard's: During the school terms orders are sent to each campus and will be available for collection from Friday morning (all orders need to be received by Wednesday 12pm). Weekly deliveries depend upon minimum orders being received.

ELS, Kindy to Year 12 (Woollahra and North Bondi)

Collection/return of orders is from 254 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction.

No orders will be delivered to the school receptions.
